A polite expression to request someone to do something
When to use
Ordering food, Asking for help, Requesting items, Making requests in business
The nuance
Attach '-아/어 주세요' to the verb stem to politely request an action from someone. Choose '-아 주세요' or '-어 주세요' based on the last vowel of the verb stem (bright vowels → '-아 주세요', dark vowels → '-어 주세요'). For example, '가다' → '가 주세요', '먹다' → '먹어 주세요'. It differs from imperative or past forms as it politely asks for the listener's action.
