오다to come
The word (오다) means to come. Use it when someone or something moves toward you or arrives at a place. It is also used in everyday expressions like talking about people coming, buses coming, or rain coming.
이루어지다to come true
이루어지다 means that a dream, wish, or hope becomes real. In English, we often say “come true.” Use it when something you wanted or waited for finally happens.
The difference
오다 means a person or thing comes to a place or time arrives. It does not mean a wish or dream comes true in Korean.
