When to use illness in Korean

When to use it

"Byeong" means an illness or disease. Use it when you talk about being sick, getting an illness, or getting better after one. It is often used in simple everyday phrases like "because of an illness" or "get an illness" (병).

1. 저는 병 때문에 오늘 집에서 쉬어요.

   I am resting at home today because of an illness.

2. 지수는 병 때문에 학교에 못 갔어요.

   Jisu could not go to school because of an illness.
