When to use to come true in Korean

When to use it

이루어지다 means that a dream, wish, or hope becomes real. In English, we often say “come true.” Use it when something you wanted or waited for finally happens.

1. 내 꿈이 이루어졌어요.

   My dream came true.

2. 사고 싶던 가방을 사서 소원이 이루어졌어요.

   My wish came true because I bought the bag I wanted.

3. 제주도에 가고 싶던 제 꿈이 이번 여름에 이루어졌어요.
